Measure whilst wearing a regular bra

Always measure in centimeters

Use a new, unstretched measuring tape

Keep the tape at the same level around your body

For measuring your bra size, measure tightly under your bust.

For measuring your cup size, measure over the fullest part of your bust. The measuring tape must not cut into the bust.
The difference between this measurement and your underbust measurement will give you your cup size
For example:
Measurement 1 (underbust) = 81 cm = size 36
Measurement 2 (overbust) = 95 cm
Difference = 14 cm = B cup
Bra size = 36B
For measuring your bottom size, measure your waist as shown in the illustration below.
Remember, these are only guidelines.
