We produce over 10 000 bases on an average week and we are approaching the magical figure of million bases produced in our short but eventful life that started in December of 2014.
It would be fair to say we know a thing or two about dough production or a better way to put it would be to say “dough has taught us many subtle lessons along the way”
We have a formula and we stick to it… the dough lets us know when its happy and ready to work with us, we keep the dough happy, and we produce.
That is the secret to a good pizza base, keeping your dough happy.

We use an exceedingly good quality flour to start with.
We use other high-quality ingredients to support the flour.
